James (Jimmy) Smith

James (Jimmy) Smith died peacefully on Thursday 18th September 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his wife Patsy (Patricia) Smith sisters Bridgie Reilly and Dympna Brady.

Jimmy will be sadly missed by Daniel, Ciara, Maddie, Sophie and Danny, sisters Maureen (Paddy) Harten, brothers Paddy (Maureen), Mick (Margaret), Donie (Breeda), brothers in law Terry and Bernard Smith, sisters in law Rose Smith, Maureen Masterson and Bridget Boardman, nieces, nephews and a large circle of close neighbour's and regular visitors.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Reilly's Funeral Home Kilcogy (N39W1D6) on Friday evening from 5pm with prayers at 8pm.

Funeral Mass on Saturday in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Mullahoran (N39HN84) at 12.30pm. followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 3 pm

No flowers please. Donations in lieu to Palliative Care, Cavan c/o the undertaker or any family member.
