James (Jimmy) Kiely

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of

James (Jimmy) Kiely, Main Street, Shanballymore and formerly of Ballyorgan, Co Limerick.

Jim, passed away in the early hours of Sunday morning, September 14th 2025 surrounded by his loving family and friends and in the compassionate care of the doctors nurses and staff of Mallow General Hospital.

Jim is predeceased by his loving wife Ellen (Elise) (nee Butler), his parents James and Catherine Kiely, his brothers Phillip and John Joe Kiely.

He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his sons, Patrick and Daniel, daughter in-law Annmarie, grandchildren, sisters; Marian, Margaret and Jennifer, brothers Billy and Tommy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, his very close friends Mike and Josephine, his carers, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May Jim Rest In Peace

Reposing in Hannon's Funeral Home Doneraile Eircode P51HN30 on Monday evening, September 15th from 6pm to 8pm followed by removal to the Church of Christ the King Shanballymore.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday, September 16th at 2pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery along side his wife Ellen.
