Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his grandmother Mary, parents Eamon and Jane, brother Michael and sisters Bridget and Frances. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family; partner Patsy, children Louise, Sinéad and David, brothers and sisters Mary, Pat, Paul, Monica, Ann, Sam and Stephen, grandchildren Eva, Cillian, Robyn, Katie and Annie, son-in-law Derek, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Jack Rest in Peace.

Jack will repose at his home this Tuesday from 3pm to 7pm with a Rosary at 7pm. His Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday at 1.30pm in The Holy Trinity Church Derrinturn, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
