Ita MULCAHY
(née O'Connor)

Ita Mulcahy (née O’ Connor), Riverside Drive, Mountcollins, Co. Limerick and formerly of Knockbrack, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick, passed away peacefully, in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff at The Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry, on Wednesday, 15th October 2025, with her family by her side.

Predeceased by her parents Jerry and Hannah, sisters Ellen and Joan.

Ita is very sadly missed by her loving husband Jack, daughters Siobhan and Máire, son-in-law John Paul O’ Sullivan, adored grandchildren Grace, Ivor, David and Aaron, brother Pat O’ Connor, sister Mary Keogh, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, all her other relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale (V94 AK44) on Thursday, 16th October from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. Requiem Mass for Ita will be celebrated on Friday, 17th October at The Church of The Assumption, Mountcollins at 11.00 a.m.

Interment afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery Tournafulla.
