Iris Byrne (nee James) Cournellan, Borris, Co Carlow and formerly of Liverpool, England.

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff at St Lukes Hospital, Kilkenny. Predeceased by her son Gerard. She will be greatly
missed by her beloved husband Pat, son Sean and daughter Carmel, their partners Ann and
James, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, her cousins Charles and Michael, sisters in law Nancy and Kathleen,brother in law Simon, her
extended family and large circle of friends.

Reposing in Joyce’s Funeral Home, Borris, Wednesday (11 th June) from 4pm- 8pm. Funeral
Mass on Thursday 12 th June at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Church, Ballymurphy (Eircode R95
HR28). Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
