Goretti Walker (née Geraghty), Corclough West, Belmullet and formerly of Bridge Road, Belmullet peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar surrounded by her loving family on 12th June 2025. Beloved wife of John and dear mother of Erin, Debbie, Shaun, Richard, Kathryn and Tara, loving daughter of Jimmy and Mary and adored grandmother to Saoirse, Katelyn, Oisín, Éabha, Róise, Réaltín, Éala, Maggie, Emma and Poppy. She will be sadly missed by her husband, children, parents, grandchildren, sons in law Patrick, Darren and Luke, daughters in law Ita and Jessica, sisters Ann, Margo, Aggie, Helen and Esther, brothers Joe, Frankie, Ricky and Gerry, aunt Evelyn O’Donoghue (Liverpool), brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Sunday evening from 4 o’clock until 6 o’clock. Funeral will arrive at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet on Monday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in Tarmoncarra Cemetery. Live streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing on Monday at 12 noon on belmulletparishtv.ie
