Gerard (Gerry) CARMODY
It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Gerard (Gerry) Carmody (Hyde Avenue, Ballinacurra Weston, Limerick and Ex 12th Infantry Battalion Sarsfield Barracks)
On October 28th 2025, peacefully, at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by his loving family.
Pre-deceased by father Paddy.
Very deeply regretted by sons Declan, Niall and Thomas, grandchildren Kalvin, Alexi, Charlie, Sofia, Isabella and Callum, partner Caroline, mother Bridie, brother Martin, sisters Linda and Jacqueline, nieces, nephews, brother-in-law Christy, sister-in-law Caroline, grandnephews, grandnieces, other relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Friday, October 31st, from 3.30pm to 5pm, followed by removal to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Childers Road.
Requiem Mass Saturday, November 1st, at 10am, funeral afterwards to Mount St. Lawrence (extension) Cemetery.
