Frank Kirwan

Frank Kirwan, 1340 William Pearse Tce., Castledermot, Co. Kildare and formerly of Woodlands, Carlow Gate, Castledermot, Frank’s kind soul passed peacefully on 2nd November 2025 surrounded by his loving family while in the wonderful care of Naas General Hospital; predeceased by his mother and father, Patrick and Margaret Kirwan, brothers and sisters, great-granddaughter Amira and son-in-law Anthony Keogh.

Frank is very much loved and remembered by his loving wife Bridget Kirwan (Biddy), sons Patrick, Brendan, Francis and Martin, daughters Mary, Caroline, Josephine and Linda, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, Frank was an adored brother to Maureen and Kathleen and will be sadly missed by his extended family, friends and neighbours.

Frank was the nicest, kindest, gentlest soul ever graced God’s good earth.

Reposing at his residence on Tuesday, 4th November from 2pm to 8pm. House private thereafter please.

Funeral arriving to The Church of The Assumption, Castledermot on Wednesday morning for 11am Requiem Mass after which he will be laid to rest in Coltstown Cemetery, Castledermot.
