Enda Kennedy

Kennedy, Enda. Long term resident of Cherry Orchard and Clondalkin Lodge Nursing Homes and formerly of St. Peter’s Road, Walkinstown, Dublin 12. Died Peacefully in Tallaght Hospital, June 13th 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Sheelah.

Beloved brother of Ciarán, Fionán, Aidan, Eilis and Muireann. Missed by his loving nieces Elaine, Aisling and Eimear and nephews Pauric, Allen, Colm, Paul and Darragh, sisters in law and brother in law.

Loved and sadly missed for his humour and adventurous spirit by his long term Doctor, Doctor O’Dea, and all Medical, Nursing, Kitchen and Cleaning Staff from so many different cultures who have enthusiastically enriched his days for so many years.

The Kennedy Family wish also to acknowledge the warm and caring and highly professional medical expertise of all management and staff in Tallaght Hospital. They made the last difficult six weeks of his life so much easier than it could otherwise have been.

Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Templeogue, Dublin on Monday 16th June, from 4pm to 5pm.

Removal to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Walkinstown, on Tuesday 17th June for 10:00am Funeral Mass.

The funeral cortège will arrive at 1:30pm for burial in Curreeny Church graveyard, Templederry, County Tipperary.
