The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Lil) Drea (née Holmes) Dunleckney, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow. Lil died peacefully on May 20th 2025 at the Sacred Heart Hospital Carlow surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Paddy, sons Michael and Declan and grandaughter Simone.

Lil will be forever loved and always remembered by her children Siobhán, Eamonn, Angela and Padraic, her many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends and especially her close companion and best friend Peter Kelly.

Reposing in Somers Funeral Home Bagenalstown (R21 DY66) on Wednesday 21st from 2.pm to 8.pm.

Funeral Mass on Thursday Morning in St. Lazerian's Church Leighlinbridge at 11.am, followed by burial afterwards in the Cemetery of the Assumption Bagenalstown.
