McWEY (née Nugent), Eileen (formerly of Marsden, Ardrass, Celbridge, Co. Kildare and of Esker Abbey, Lucan, Co. Dublin) October 28th, 2025, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff at Elm Hall Nursing Home, Celbridge. Beloved wife of the late Brendan and much loved mother of Fiona, Rosaleen, Shane, Barry, Deirdre and Mary. Pre-deceased by her parents Michael and Christina and her brother Michael. Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, grandchildren Mark, Brian, Conor, Matthew, Claire, Ruth, Luke and Evan, great-grandchildren Quinn, Max and Nolan, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law Charlie, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Elm Hall Nursing Home, Celbridge on Sunday (2nd November) from 4pm to 6pm. Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Straffan on Monday morning (3rd November) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Straffan Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to ISPCA.
