Edward THOMPSON

Peacefully at home in the tender care of his family. Edward (in his 96th year), beloved husband of the late Violet and brother of the late George, Hugh, Emily, Jack, Nora and Peggy. He will be sadly missed by his daughter Karen, sons Brian, Philip and Andrew, daughters-in-law Rachel and Sheevaun, Karen's partner Tony, grandchildren Simon, Laura, David, Ben, Eddie, George, John, Alex and his mother Jamie, brother Maurice, sisters-in-law Ruth, Violet, Rose and Olive, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Edward’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at his residence The Rectory, Golden (Eircode E25 YD93) this Friday evening from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral Service on Saturday in the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and St. Patrick’s Rock, John Street, Cashel at 2pm followed by Burial in Golden Churchyard.

Edward's family are deeply thankful to the Palliative Care Team and the Home Support Care Team especially Lily and Catherine for the wonderful care provided to him.
