The death has occurred of
Dr. Nnaji (Fabian) Akamnonu
It is with deepest sadness that we announce the untimely death of Dr. Nnaji (Fabian) Akamnonu of Nooan Ruan, born in Imo State, Nigeria, and formerly of Shannon, Co. Clare. Sadly missed by his loving family - wife Anne, children Chioma, John, Nkem, Brendan and Nnenna, their partners Caoimhín, Monica, Eimear and Sam, his two precious grandchildren, Kalu, and his namesake Nnaji. Also his extended family in Nigeria, Ireland and abroad, and his many friends and colleagues.
Funeral arrangements: Reposing at St Mary's Church, Ruan on Wednesday 11th June from 6pm with Prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday 12th June at 11am . Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed live on the Imeall Boirne Parishes Facebook Page.
