Dr. David O'Neill

Dr. David O’ Neill of Ardee, Co. Louth. Peacefully surrounded by his loved ones and in the wonderful care of the staff in Mater Hospital, Dublin on Saturday, 1st November 2025.

 

Deeply mourned by his wife Patricia and children David, Ruth, Michael, Catherine and Joe. He will be sadly missed and much loved by daughters-in-law Cherie, Colleen, Ivana, Paan and son-in-law Enda. Adored by his grandchildren Madeline, Isabela, Elsa, Lachlan, Jack, Raife, Arden, Sadie, Hunter, Ronan, Ryan, Cian, Ethan, Hugo, Oliver, Tommy, Saoirse and Tadhg.

 

David is predeceased by his beloved son John, son-in-law Simon, brother Leonard and sisters Lima, Shirley and Meda. He is survived by his dear brother Michael. He will be sorely missed in the hearts of his many relatives and friends.

David will repose at Finlay’s Funeral Home Ardee on Wednesday, 5th November from 4-7pm Removal on Thursday 6th November from Finlay's Funeral Home at 9.45am on foot to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady Ardee arriving for 10 am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Ballapousta Cemetery.
