Dillon Mc Dermott

It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely death of Dillon Mc Dermott, Kylebroghlan, Moycullen, Co Galway, following an accident in Queenstown, New Zealand on 22nd October 2025.

Dillon is deeply missed by his loving family, including his parents Tom and Patricia, his beloved fiancée Elle Burton, his brothers Sean Rossa and Lairgnen, along with Lairgnen's fiancé Ciara Elwood and his adored niece Laura. He is also sadly missed by the Burton family, including Debbie, Phillip, Owen, and Jessica ,by Dillon's extended families aunts, uncles, cousins, and a community that has given Dillon a wonderful childhood as well as his faithful friends from all corners of the globe.

Dillon will repose in Aisèirí Funeral Home, Moycullen (H91Y54A) on Saturday the 8th of November from 3 p.m with removal at 5 p.m to the Church of the Immaculate Conception Moycullen, Co. Galway. Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Dillon on Sunday the 9th of November at 2 p.m. Followed by cremation on Monday, 10th November, 2025. A service will take place for Dillion at Shannon Crematorium at 1 p.m.
