Derek Murray

Murray, Derek, late of Finglas and Callan, Co. Kilkenny – 17th April 2025 (peacefully) in the loving care of his family and the staff of ICU in the Mater Hospital. Derek, loving husband of Barbara and cherished da of Lewis and Nathan.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Rita.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, sons, brothers Paul and Gerard, cousins, mother-in-law Evelyn, brother-in-law David, sisters-in-law Cathy, Yvonne and Deirdre, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall Road West (D11 W7VX) on Friday (25th April) from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Funeral on Saturday morning (26th April) to St. Canice’s Church, Finglas for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass followed by Cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.
