Denis Walsh
WALSH (Tweedmount, Blarney, Cork): On 29th June 2025, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family, Michelle, John, Jack and Ciara, DENIS, dearly beloved husband of the late Chris and loving father to the late Ciarán. Wonderful father of Michelle, John, Derek, Barry and Gareth. Adored grandfather.
Lovingly remembered by his family, especially his son-in-law John Lynch, daughter-in-law Joan, Celine, grandchildren, brother Eddie, sisters Kathleen, Anne and Judy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces.
Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Tuesday (July 1st) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Wednesday (July 2nd) in St. Mary’s Church, Waterloo which will be live streamed on
Funeral afterwards to All Saint’s Cemetery, Garrycloyne.
The family wish to thank the doctor’s nurses’ and staff of Cork University Hospital, especially Dr. Marie Talty and Public Health Nurse Helen. A special thank you to his carer Kathleen and his HSE carers for all their kindness and attention given to dad these past few years, his neighbours Tony and Bernie.
