The death has occurred of
Davy (David) McGrath
Formerly of Ballygarron, Dunmore East, Waterford and former employee of St.Otternan’s Hospital, Waterford. Age 85 years. Davy passed away peacefully surrounded by his heartbroken family at University Hospital Waterford on Friday (18th July 2025) following a brief illness. Predeceased by his parents, Edward & Catherine, siblings, Rita, Nora, Eddie, Willie & Pat.
Davy will be sadly missed by his wife Elsie, children, Deirdre, Dermot, David, Eilish and Colette, sons-in-law Maurice and Ciaran, daughter-in-law Eileen, grandchildren, Ryan, Beth, Eoin, Kate, Eddie, Kevin, Rachel and Alex, sisters Kathleen, Eileen (Sr.Patricia) and Josie, brother Peter, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.
May Davy Rest In Peace
Reposing at his home in Dournane (X91V104) on Sunday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. Removal on Monday to The Church of the Assumption, Mooncoin for Requiem Mass at 11:00am. Followed by burial afterwards in the New Cemetery.
