The death has occurred of
Daniel (Dan) Heffernan
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel (Dan) Heffernan, of Amelia Island, Florida, USA, and Kilkenny City, formerly of Caherleske, Dunamaggin, Co. Kilkenny, who died on July 26th 2025. Daniel was predeceased by his wife Lisa Heffernan, his parents William and Philomena Heffernan and his sister Frances. He will be deeply missed by his sister Vicky, his brother Bill and Daniel’s partner Julie, his daughter Leah Heffernan, as well as his nieces, nephews, sister-in-law Mary, brother-in-law Pat, extended family and his many friends in the USA and Kilkenny.
MAY HIS GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE
A private cremation service will take place in the USA at a later date.
