Daniel Butterly

The death has occurred, in his 85th year, of Daniel Butterly, An Rian, Annagassan, and late of Grangebellew, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his family. Daniel, beloved husband of Agnes (Aggie, née Clarke) and loving father of Seán, Danny, Cathal, Micheal, Josephine, Paula, and Laura. Predeceased by his parents Seán and Josephine, brothers Mal, Johnny, Tommy and Noel and sisters Nuala, Mary and Evelyn. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his adoring wife, sons, daughters, daughters-in-law Linda, Pauline, Syneita and Denise, sons-in-law Chris and Gary, his sister Ann, grandchildren Lisa, Darren, Nicole, Sinead, Conall, Fergal, Katie, Conor, Padraig, Ben, Gearoid, Sophie, Niamh, Abbie and Johanna, his great-grandchildren Tiernan and Croia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and all those who loved and cared for him.

May Daniel Rest in Eternal Peace

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (Eircode A92 V38H) on Tuesday from 4pm until 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to Saint Borchill’s Church, Dysart (Eircode A92 ND86) arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Dysart Cemetery.
