Dan Harte

 

Dan Harte, Archways, Ballintubber, Carrigtwohill, on July 27th, 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the exceptional care of the staff at the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork.

 

Dan (aged 96), beloved husband of the late Mary and amazing dad of John, Margaret (O’Flynn), and Helen (Williams), and the late infant Michael.

 

Adored Grandad of Ciara, Lisa, Michael, Donough, Éadaoin, Clíona, and Aoife. Great-Grandad (Gigi) of Éabha, Lily, Diarmuid, Mila, and Ella. Brother of the late Willie, Johnny, and Ellie.

 

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son, daughters, daughter-in-law Hilary, sons-in-law Denis and Barry, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousin Mary (O’Connor), brother-in-law John, sisters-in-law Birdie, Nora, and Josie, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours, especially Caroline and John Joe and wide circle of friends.

May Dan Rest in Peace.

 

 

Dan will repose at O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton, on Wednesday, 30th July, from 5pm to 7pm.

 

Funeral Mass on Thursday, 31st July, at 10:30am in St. Mary’s Church, Carrigtwohill, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
