I had the honour of working with Eamonn as part of his role as Chairman at Centrus. He was a universally popular colleague whose charm, warmth and kindness would lift up all in his presence. He provided valued guidance and wisdom that will stay with those lucky enough to have spent the time with him. Deepest condolences to his family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear this tragic news. I have nothing but fond memories of working with Eamonn as a colleague and friend during his time at Lloyd’s over 18 years or so. I will always remember attending the special 1916 Centenary celebrations with Eamonn as his guest together with me Mam to the Irish Embassy in London and being so overwhelmed with the amount of people he knew.
