Christine Newell

Christine passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and under the exceptional care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. She was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Veronica, as well as her sisters, Mary Elizabeth and Mary Brigid, her nephew, baby Ryan, and her sister-in-law, Catherine.

Christine will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her beloved partner and best friend, Gerard, along with her brothers, Paul, David, and Damien, and her sisters, Veronica, Anne, Maria, and Lynda, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, her good friend who is Gerard's mother Bridie, Gerard’s sister’s Sandra, Christine, and Yvonne and the extended Duffy families. Her lifelong friend, Ann Kerley, along with a wide circle of family, friends, neighbours and by all who knew and loved her.

Reposing at the home of her sister Lynda, 17 Newry Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth (Eircode A91 YK29) tomorrow Saturday between 2pm & 7pm and again, on Sunday between 2pm & 7pm. Removal on Monday at 10.40 (driving) arriving for 11 o’clock funeral mass in St. Nicholas Church. Thereafter walking to St Patrick's cemetery for burial. Family flowers only donation in lieu to the North Louth Hospice (donation box at house and chapel).

House strictly private at all other times.
