(née Davin)

Catherine (Cathy) Joyce nee Davin of Croydon, London and formerly of Oughterard Co. Galway died suddenly on 27th August 2025. Beloved wife of the late Patrick Joyce, cherished mother of John, Amanda and Julie; dear sister of Padraig, Rose, May and Julie and the late Joe and Michale.

 

Sadly missed by her loving family, her grandsons Sean, Alex, Rory, Paddy and Finlay her granddaughter Kirsty and great grandson James-Elliott, nephews, nieces, son in laws Andy and Richard and daughter in law Gill, relatives and many friends.

 

Reposing at D A Lindsey & Sons Funeral Directors, 111 Addiscombe Road, Croydon CR0 6PU. Funeral arriving to Our Lady of the Annunciation Church, 147 Bingham Road, Croydon CR0 7EN on Thursday 25th September 2025 for a 10 O'clock service, followed by interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 10 Chelsham Road, Warlingham CR6 9EQ.

 

A party to celebrate Cathy's life will follow the burial ay Shirley Park Golf Club, 194 Addiscombe Road, Croydon CR0 5DR, all are very welcome and actively encouraged to attend in celebration. Enthusiastic spectator of every sport, proud Galwegian woman but most importantly a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
