Carmel Nally

Carmel died unexpectedly in Mullingar Regional Hospital on May 26th 2025.

Predeceased by her beloved parents John and Ellen and her grandfather Pat McCormack.

Carmel will be sadly missed by her loving family, her dear sister Eileen (Sligo), brother-in-law Dick, nephews Richard and his wife Sarah (USA) and Killian and his wife Valerie (Dublin), niece Cathy, grand-nephews Sean, Seamus and Conaill, grand-niece Keelin, cousins, relatives, her wonderful neighbours and friends especially Fr. Brian Brennan who greatly appreciated her friendship and assistance for almost 40 years.

Those who die in grace
go no further from us than God,
and God is very near.

Rest in Peace Carmel.

Reposing in Our Lady's of Lourdes Church, Abbeyshrule on Thursday 29th from 5 o'clock concluding with prayers at 7 o'clock.

Mass of the Resurrection on Friday 30th at 12 o'clock. Following Mass, Carmel will be laid to rest in the family plot in Abbeyshrule Cemetery.
