Bridie (Bridget) Kearney
(née Reynolds)

Formerly of Bornacoola, Co. Leitrim.

Bridie died unexpectedly in the care of the staff of Mullingar Regional Hospital on August 23rd 2025, surrounded by her heartbroken family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Joe, brothers Luke, Michael, Seamus, Packie and John-Tom, sister Mary.

Bridie will be sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Joanne Fallon (Dublin) and Breda Scully (Longford), son Michael, sons-in-law Michael & Padraic, her adored grandchildren Rebecca, Rachael, Adrianna, Grace, Lucy, Michaela and Chloe, brother Ned (Westmeath), sisters Julia Reynolds (Fenagh) and Margaret Heneghan (England), nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

We hold you close within our hearts
And there you shall remain,
To walk with us throughout our lives
Until we meet again.

Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford, N39 KN66 on Tuesday 26th from 6pm concluding with prayers at 7.30pm.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday 27th at 11am in St. Mel's Cathedral, Longford. Following Mass, Bridie will be laid to rest in the family plot in Ballymacormack Cemetery. Mass can be viewed live click on the link below .
