The death has occurred of Bridget Churchward (Née Meenaghan) of Gurteen, Shrule and formerly of Manchester and Formby on Wednesday April 16th 2025. Peacefully at Byng Nursing Home, Southport in her 95th year.
Predeceased by her loving husband Burt, her brothers Joe, Mattie, Michael and Sean and her sisters Kathleen, Maggie, Mary, Nora and Sara.
Bridget is survived by her beloved sons Clive and Grahame, grandson Graham Junior, daughters-in-law, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday April 30th at 12 noon in St Joseph's Church, Shrule, Co. Mayo. Burial afterwards in Shrule Cemetery.
The funeral mass will be live-streamed on the Shrule Parish link http://shruleglencorrib.com/webcam/ and will also be broadcast on local radio on 101.4 FM.
