Brendan Delahunt

Predeceased by his much loved wife Marie who died on 31st. March, 2025, Brendan's two sisters Rita and Bexie.

The death has occurred on April 24th 2025 of Brendan Delahunt, RIP, Castlewarden, and Straffan, Co Kildare. Beloved husband and father surrounded by his loving family in the gentle care of all the staff and medical team of Willowbrook Nursing Home, Newbridge. Sadly missed by his loving, daughter Siobhan, son Padraig, son-in-law Christy, his adored grandchildren Jamie, Barry, Jack and Aoife, his brothers, Joe and Michael, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Remembered fondly by his friends and work colleagues of Roadstone and Castlewarden Golf Club. A large thank you to the team at Kill Medical Centre, and Kill Pharmacy.

Rest In Peace Brendan

Brendan will be reposing at Sallins Funeral Home, Chamney Court, W91DXC8 on Sunday 27th April from 4pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Monday 28th April to St. Brigid's Church, Kill, for Requiem Mass at 10am, followed by burial in Straffan Cemetery. Donations if desired to Sapling Special School, Kill, Co Kildare.
