The death has occurred of
Br. Nicholas Healy, CSsR
Br. Nicholas Healy, CSsR, Redemptorist Community, Mount Saint Alphonsus, South Circular Road, Limerick and formerly of Marianella, Dublin and Kilmacar, Conahy, Co. Kilkenny. Died on Monday, 21st April 2025, peacefully in University Hospital Limerick.
Predeceased by his Parents Michael and Bridget, his siblings Kathy, Anne (Sr. Francis), Mary (Sr. Philomena), Jim, Mikey and Julia (Infant). His brothers-in-law Jim Walsh and Paddy Kenny. Mourned by his Redemptorist Community, sister Breed Walsh (Bennettsbridge), sister in law Nellie Healy (Kilmacar). Cherished uncle of his many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, great grand nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Br. Nicholas’s remains will be brought home to Mount St Alphonsus on Tuesday, 22nd April, at 4pm and will lie in repose in the church until 6.30pm for prayers followed by 7.15pm Mass. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 23rd, at 12 Noon, followed by burial in Castlemungret Cemetery.
