Formerly of Cabra, Dublin
Peacefully at St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.
Predeceased by her father David.
Bernie will be very sadly missed by her heartbroken daughter Danielle, much loved grandson Joe, son-in-law Michael, mother Bernadette (Carba), brothers David and John (Dublin), sister-in-law Pauline, niece Laura, special nephew David, aunt Phyllis, best friend Lesley, relatives and friends.

Reposing at St. Joseph’s Chapel of Rest, Old Johnstown (C15 C425) on Wednesday, 29th October from 4pm followed by removal at 6pm to arrive at The Church of Our Lady of the Nativity, Johnstown for evening prayers at 6:30pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 11am. Burial afterwards in Old Kilcarn Cemetery, Johnstown.
