Passed away peacefully at home surrounded family and loved ones on April 26, 2025.

Beloved husband of Therese, cherished son of the late Nan, and loving brother of the late Ted. A devoted godfather to Robert, Sarah, and Janine. Barrie will be deeply missed by his dear friends Shane and Sharon Byrne, and John Murphy, his kind carers Marian and Clodagh, as well as by neighbours and friends, both old and new.

Reposing at his residence on Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm. A cremation service will take place on Wednesday at 1.30pm in the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin. You are warmly invited to join the service online at: Garden Chapel = Garden Chapel Service - Mount Jerome
