Anthony (Tony) Purcell

Clonshaugh, Dublin

Purcell, Anthony (Tony) (Clonshaugh), 11th June 2025, peacefully in Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Mai and Michael Purcell, and his sister-in-law Geraldine.

 

Tony will be very sadly missed by his beloved wife Mary, sons Brendan and Andrew, daughters-in-law Antoinette and Maeve, grandchildren Orla, Mark, Áine, Niall, Aoife and Conor, brothers Michael, Rev. Dr. Brendan and Martin, sisters-in-law Margaret and Deirdre, nieces, nephews, extended family, a wide circle of friends, and neighbours.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers to St. Vincent de Paul.

 

Reposing in Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road, on Sunday 15th June between 2pm and 4pm. Removal on Monday morning, 16th June to the Church of St Joseph the Artisan, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery at 12pm.
