Anna McSweeney
(née Nolan)
McSWEENEY (née Nolan) Anna (Blackrock, Co. Dublin, Dalkey Co. Dublin and formerly Roscommon) 9th June, 2025. Peacefully, in the care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Dick, devoted mother to Emma (O’Driscoll) and adored sister to May, Sheila, Vera, Betty and the late Mona, Joe and Fonsey.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter, son-in-law Damien, grandchildren Ben and Izzy, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and former colleagues in Ravenswell School, Willow Park School and the INTO.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing in Carnegies (Fanagans) Funeral Home, Monkstown (A94 XK28) on Wednesday (11th June) from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday (12th June) at 10am in the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
