The death has occurred of
(Andrew) Grzegorz MIKOLAJCZUK
Suddenly and peacefully at home.
Deeply missed by his heartbroken family, sons Patryk and Dominik, daughters Klaudia, Ola and Julia, sister Hanna, brothers Slawek, Darek, Czarek his nephew Norbert, nephews, nieces, extended family, and his many friends.
May Andrew's gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Andrew will repose in Mc Mahons Funeral Home, Sixmilebridge on Sunday (14th September) from 11am to 11:45am followed by removal to Shannon Crematorium for service at 12noon.
