The death has occurred of
Andrew CUSACK
(peacefully) in the wonderful care of the staff at Leopardstown Care Centre. Predeceased by his beloved wife Ursula, brother Barry and sister Mary. He will be deeply missed by his daughter Andrea, son Paul, son-in-law Stuart, daughter-in-law Yvonne, his cherished grandchildren Conor, Amy, Josh and Ciara, sisters Annette, Clare and Elizabeth, brother Paddy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
May he Rest in peace.
A Service to celebrate Andrew’s life will take place on Wednesday afternoon (5th November) at 2.30pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, which can be viewed live on this link https://www.mountjerome.ie/victorian-chapel-service/
