Alphonsus (Foncie) RYAN
It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Alphonsus (Foncie) Ryan (Hennessy Avenue, Kileely and Birmingham U.K. and Ex Treaty Sarsfield GAA)
On 9th August 2025, peacefully, at Blossomfield Rose Nursing Home Birmingham.
Pre-deceased by his son John, brothers Johnny and Pat Ryan and sister Chrissie Connolly (U.K.)
Deeply regretted by his children Maria, Sandra, Declan and Leonard, his grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother Michael, sister Rose, sisters- in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
May he Rest in Peace
Funeral Mass will take place on 19th September, at 11.15am in Birmingham,
which will be streamed live here, followed by Cremation Service.
Foncie's ashes will be laid to rest with his mam, dad & sister May at Mount St. Lawrence (old) Cemetery, Limerick on Monday, 29th September, at 12 noon.
