The death has occurred of
Alan (Dick) Knight
Alan (Dick) Knight passed away peacefully at the great age of 97 on the 3rd November 2025 in the exceptional care of the staff at Blainroe Lodge, Wicklow. Predeceased by his wife Hazel, he was a devoted husband to her until her passing in 2016.
Beloved dad of Anabel, Richard, and Matthew, irreplaceable grandfather of Tabitha, Imogen, Naomi, Alex, Emily, Jada, Jake, Beah and Ben and great-grandpa of Alana, Toby and Olivia. He will be greatly missed by his family, partners, and friends.
A Service celebrating Dick’s life will be held on Thursday (13th November) at 2.00pm in Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, A98 PX65 for all those who wish to attend.
We kindly request no flowers. If you wish, donations in Dick’s memory to Alone would be greatly appreciated.
